Refund Policy
At Orkago, our products are made using 100% organic and naturally sourced honey and nuts, and we take the utmost care in maintaining quality, hygiene, and secure packaging during dispatch. Refunds or replacements will be considered only if a product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, customers must provide a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened, along with relevant order details. Any such concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted without an unboxing video or beyond the specified time frame will not be eligible for a replacement. Upon verification, Orkago will initiate a refund or replacement as applicable, which will be processed to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period.
